Since the beginning of December 2025, I've been wearing the QURV band and I feel significantly more stable and capable in my daily life. Even after intense days with many patients, my energy level remains consistently high until the evening.
I am mentally clear, no longer exhausted, and can perform sports and activities without limitations.
I used to have to regularly cleanse myself of foreign energies. Today, I set clear boundaries. This is stable and possible without extra effort.
Even external influences like news no longer burden me. I perceive them, keep my distance, and consciously decide what I engage with.
I am clearly more resilient and can perceive both my work and external influences without it costing me energy.
