I've been wearing the band for half a year and my thoughts are completely with me. I don't let anything get to me anymore. Now I had surgery and had to take the band off and didn't wear it in the hospital. For 5 days. My thoughts were once again completely negative and sad. When I came home and could put it back on and then went to rehab... what can I say... it's been going uphill rapidly. No negative thoughts, it's only been going uphill. The band and my thoughts are absolutely positive.

Doesn't want to take it off anymore.
