Lors de mes joggings, m\u00eame sur des terrains difficiles comme la neige, je ressens plus de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de contr\u00f4le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Int\u00e9rieurement, quelque chose a aussi chang\u00e9. Je suis plus calme, plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et je r\u00e9agis moins \u00e9motionnellement aux situations difficiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la vie de tous les jours, je me sens plus clair, plus stable et mieux pr\u00e9par\u00e9 physiquement et mentalement.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En compl\u00e9ment de mon entourage :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma fille, ergoth\u00e9rapeute, rapporte plus de confiance dans ses conversations avec les parents et les enfants, ainsi que plus de calme dans les situations de groupe. Elle peut accepter le feedback (handball) de mani\u00e8re plus claire et meilleure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma deuxi\u00e8me fille, physioth\u00e9rapeute, constate plus de stabilit\u00e9 dans son quotidien et d\u00e9crit sa situation physique comme plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Elle souffre du syndrome du d\u00e9fil\u00e9 thoracique et ressent moins de douleur et une diminution de l'irritation nerveuse, plus de stabilit\u00e9 dans sa symptomatologie.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seit Mitte Dezember 2025 trage ich das Band und nehme seitdem deutliche Ver\u00e4nderungen in meinem Alltag wahr. Ich f\u00fchle mich beweglicher, stabiler und insgesamt belastbarer. Beim Joggen, auch auf schwierigem Untergrund wie Schnee, erlebe ich mehr Sicherheit und Kontrolle. Auch innerlich hat sich etwas ver\u00e4ndert.
