Since mid-December 2025, I've been wearing the band and have noticed significant changes in my daily life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I feel more agile, stable, and resilient overall. I experience more confidence and control while jogging, even on difficult terrain like snow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Something has also changed internally. I'm calmer, more balanced, and react less emotionally to challenging situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In everyday life, I feel clearer, more stable, and both physically and mentally better equipped.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My daughter, an occupational therapist, reports increased confidence in conversations with parents and children, as well as more calm in group settings. She can accept feedback (handball) more clearly and better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My second daughter, a physical therapist, perceives more stability in her daily life and describes her physical condition as more balanced.
