What is QURV?<\/span><\/h4>

QURV is an innovative bracelet and application system for people who want to live more consciously, strengthen their perception, and find more balance in motion. QURV stands for a special idea:<\/p>

Balance isn't standing still.
Balance means consciously flowing.<\/span><\/p>

This is exactly how the name QURV came about, inspired by the word \u201ecurve.\u201c A curve is constantly moving. It changes direction, adapts, and yet remains in flow. This is how we understand life too.<\/span><\/p>

QURV stands for: Balance in Motion.<\/span><\/p>

The story behind QURV<\/span><\/h4>

Why would someone start a company for balance?<\/span><\/p>

Because we're experiencing that more and more people are functioning, but fewer and fewer people are arriving at themselves.\u00a0<\/span>QURV did not arise from a business plan.\u00a0<\/span>QURV emerged from a question:<\/span><\/p>

How can people experience their own perception more consciously and find more balance in movement?<\/span><\/p>

This question arose not only from daily work with other people but also from the founders' own experiences.<\/span><\/p>

Julia Schmidt and Sascha Ningel have guided people in their practices for many years. Day after day, they support individuals in strengthening their health, performance, and well-being.<\/span><\/p>

At the same time, they developed a desire for something that would accompany them in their everyday lives. Something that would support them in staying in their own power despite great responsibility, intense work days, many encounters, and constant presence.<\/span><\/p>

The question was:
<\/span>How can performance and lightness be combined?
<\/span>How do you stay true to yourself when so much attention is directed outward daily?<\/span><\/p>

From this personal quest, initial ideas, many conversations, practical experiences, and finally the first P emerged.<\/span>i<\/span>lottery.<\/span><\/p>

With every application, every test, and every piece of feedback, it became clearer that balance is not just a physical issue. It arises where movement, perception, energy, and awareness are connected.<\/span><\/p>

It is precisely from this understanding that the current QURV system developed step by step.<\/span><\/p>

Who founded QURV?<\/span><\/h4>

The first ideas, concepts, and p<\/span>I<\/span>quotation<\/span>en<\/span>\u00a0were already developed and tested in practice in December 2024. In the following months, the system was continuously tested, adapted, refined, and further developed together with users from various walks of life.<\/span><\/p>

Sascha Ningel contributed his many years of experience as a non-medical practitioner, diagnostician, and sports mental coach. His focus was particularly on the connection between physical perception, performance, and individual development.<\/span><\/p>

Julia Schmidt enhanced the system with her expertise in energy and emotion work, as a coach, psychotherapist, and pioneer of frequency medicine. Her focus is on guiding people to more consciously perceive their own resources and to develop their potential.<\/span><\/p>

In 2025, the team was expanded to include Thomas Baschab. As one of the most well-known sports mental coaches in German-speaking countries, he brought his decades of experience from elite sports and mental performance development to the project. Through his perspective, QURV received additional impulses in the areas of focus, mental strength, and flow.<\/span><\/p>

The QURV system as it exists today emerged step by step from the interplay of these different competences.<\/span><\/p>

In December 2025, QURV was officially unveiled and the venture was founded.<\/span><\/p>

Since then, QURV has grown continuously through the experiences, stories, and recommendations of its users. Since spring 2026, QURV has been successfully established in the market, accompanying people from sports, entrepreneurship, health, and personal development on their journey.<\/span><\/p>

What began as a shared vision is today a growing community of people who want to go their own way, integrating balance, focus, and flow into their lives.<\/span><\/p>
